No formal preliminary deal memo shall be offered or is enforced with any solicited materials to any author, authors, studios, networks or productions companies that TRIUMPH DONNELLY STUDIOS will option any external submissions with ONLY registered submissions. Author, authors, studios, networks, productions companies shall submit with their submission their "RELEASE TO READ" to TRIUMPH DONNELLY STUDIOS. If "NO" release is attached the submission is deleted.  TRIUMPH DONNELLY STUDIOS CORPORATION has no ownership in any external submissions and shall not keep any submission submitted. ONLY if a preliminary deal memo option agreement is offered shall TRIUMPH DONNELLY STUDIOS CORPORATION have any ownership of said materials.  TRIUMPH DONNELLY STUDIOS cannot be held legally liable or accountable from any submissions externally from any author, authors, studios, network or productions company during or after any submissions to TRIUMPH DONNELLY STUDIOS CORPORATION.
